Hello!! Look, I'm not back on deviantart, but I do have an opportunity for artists! If you can make a print, you can enter Compact Prints 2012. It's an international print exchange that the gallery I work at runs. What happens, is that you send in three prints of the same work, all 12x12, to fit a CD Case. We then pack them into Blank CD Cases and send you one from someone else (could be from anywhere in the world), the second one is auctioned, and the third one goes into the Umbrella Studio Collection and the exhibition tours internationally! It's held every 2 years, and we've only just got back the set from 2008, so that one toured for thre

Hello! I've been meaning to do this journal for such a long time. I'll just tell you some news, then, FEATURES! I got a job at an art gallery here. I do business admin, so I get to talk to lots of artists and arts workers, while looking after a business and helping to manage the gallery and exhibitions. :D I absolutely love it. Can't get enough. Learning lots. So yeah, I finished uni, graduation is in April. It'll be so great to have a degree and to wear the robe & cap and have my parents watch me. I'm the first in the family to attend uni. :D Right. Well, that's all my news really, if you want more or to stay in touch, visit my website: ( h

Hey man I just saw you post on the Heart of Japan post, and it's sad you are stepping down. I have a question, well 2, One, Have you ever been to Japan before? and Two, would you mind helping me with something involving Fukushima?
Hi there,

Yes I went to Japan in 2009. I visited Tokyo, Kyoto and Osaka. And some places in between. It was just amazing. From the giant busy city, to the serene and holy temples, to the old traditional streets of Gion in Kyoto - I loved it all.

I wouldn't mind helping, depending on what's involved. But I can't be on dA much, it'd be best if you send me an email: alan.junior (at) gmail.com
Your group is awesome!
'Life is great', I'm impressed to it.
happy new year.
